Publishing … and Other Forms of Insanity
It’s the end of August! Who would’ve thought? I don’t know about you, but this month seemed to go by really quickly…except for the last week, which has trickled on by like a sea of molasses.
With the start of September comes cooler weather, changing colours, all of those lovely pumpkin drinks and treats (who’s already had their first PSL of the season? 🙋🏻♀️), and writing contests! Even though they’re going on all throughout the year, what better time is there to enter your story into a competition? I don’t know about you, but the fall season gives my creativity a wonderful little boost.
At the link above, you can find an awesome list of 35 writing contests going on this next month – and the best part is that none of them has an entry fee! Check them out and see which ones you’re interested in entering. I know I’ve found a couple that I’m going to try for.
