A Field Of Mines: Publishing Twitter — Path To Publication
Ah, Twitter. We love it, we hate it, but no matter our opinion, it seems like we can’t stop talking about it – especially in the writing world.
Twitter isn’t inherently bad (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t use it). Yeah, there are a lot of pitfalls to avoid, but for the most part, your experience on social media is what you make it. And that’s what this post is all about.
In a world where social media is such a huge deal, I’d guess the majority of indie authors use Twitter. It’s one of the best ways to promote your works and connect with other writers…sometimes. But even when you go in with the best intentions, things can just fall apart. More and more people are leaving Twitter because they’re just tired.
So, how do you navigate the minefield that is Twitter? Check out this brief but insightful post to find out! I’m sharing it because I believe that it’s immensely important to watch the way you use social media. So many get lost in the arguments, selfishness, and toxicity. Don’t let that be you.
Happy writing!
